We will always take reasonable steps to ensure that our clients and consultants know why we are collecting personal information, why we use it, to whom we may disclose it and how it can be accessed to ensure that it is current and accurate. We would rarely need to collect sensitive information (such as health, ethnicity, religion) and would not do so without consent. Taxation laws and other legislation relating to employment require Implementation Soft to collect certain information such as name, address and tax file number.
