• The consulting partner for a major Stevedoring Company, carrying out upgrade of PeopleSoft Financials v8.8. This project includes developing the technical architecture and assisting with the implementation of the underlying infrastructure. As part of the project, developed a team of client staff to carry out the ongoing operation and support of the system and underlying infrastructure.
• For Global Security Firm - We provided specialist PeopleSoft consultants to assist with the implementation of People Soft v8.8 CRM and v8.4 Financial Applications. Our consultants provided specialist functional, technical, infrastructure and reporting skills and were instrumental in implementing CRM and Financial Applications.
• A major resource provider on a PeopleSoft v8 Financial & HRMS implementation for one of the big 3 Australian Retail Banks. Resources we provided included Infrastructure Project Manager, Production Support Project Manager, HRMS Project Manager, GL Functional Lead, Payroll Functional Lead, Salary Packaging Functional Lead, HRMS Technical Lead, Senior Financial Reporting Specialist, Global Payroll Rules Specialist and 15 other functional and technical consultants.
• A major resource provider on PeopleSoft Financials, HRMS, Agent Payment System & EPM implementations including all subsequent upgrades for Austalia's Largest Insurance Company. We have provided key resources to all PeopleSoft projects spanning from the original implementations starting in 1998 through to the latest Infrastructure Improvement Program in 2004 and were instrumental in the design and build of the Agent Payment System using PeopleSoft product and tools.
